บทคัดย่อ

   การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของผู้เรียนวิทยาลัยการอาชีพสตึก จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ตามการประเมินของครูวิทยาลัยการอาชีพสตึก 2) ศึกษาระดับสมรรถนะของครู วิทยาลัยการอาชีพสตึก จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์
3) ศึกษาสมรรถนะของครูที่ส่งผลต่อระดับคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของผู้เรียนวิทยาลัยการอาชีพสตึก จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ศึกษากับกลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้เรียนวิทยาลัย
การอาชีพสตึก จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ปีการศึกษา 2558 จำนวน 1,667 คน (โดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง)เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ 1) แบบประเมินคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของผู้เรียนวิทยาลัยการอาชีพสตึก  2) แบบสอบถามการมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ของครู 3) แบบสอบถามการบริการที่ดีของครู  4) แบบสอบถามการพัฒนาตนเองของครู 5) แบบสอบ
ถามการทำงานเป็นทีมของครู  6) แบบสอบถามการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครู 7) แบบสอบถามการพัฒนาผู้เรียนของครู 8) แบบสอบถามการบริการจัดการชั้นเรียนของครู 9) แบบสอบถามการวิเคราะห์ สังเคราะห์และการวิจัยของครูและ 10) แบบสอบถามการสร้างความร่วมมือกับชุมชน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คำนวณค่าเฉลี่ย  ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน  ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ของความแปรผัน การวิเคราะห์อิทธิพลหรือการวิเคราะห์เส้นทาง (Path Analysis : PA)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
  1. ระดับคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของผู้เรียนวิทยาลัยการอาชีพสตึก จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ตามการประเมินของครูวิทยาลัยการอาชีพสตึก อยู่ในระดับสูง การประเมินดังกล่าวนี้ของครูแต่ละคนแตกต่างกันพอสมควร
  2. สมรรถนะของครูวิทยาลัยการอาชีพสตึก จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ อยู่ในระดับดี ลักษณะดังกล่าวนี้ของครูแต่ละคนแตกต่างกันพอสมควร
  3. สมรรถนะของครูที่มีอิทธิพลต่อระดับคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของผู้เรียนวิทยาลัยการอาชีพสตึก จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ตามการประเมินของครูวิทยาลัยการอาชีพสตึก ได้แก่ ระดับการวิเคราะห์ สังเคราะห์และการวิจัยของครู ระดับการมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ของครูและระดับการพัฒนาตนเองของครู สามสมรรถนะนี้อธิบายความแปรปรวนของระดับคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของผู้เรียนวิทยาลัยการอาชีพสตึก จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์
ได้ร้อยละ 84.80 มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ  = .01 โดยระดับคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของผู้เรียนวิทยาลัยการอาชีพสตึก จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ได้รับอิทธิพลทางตรงจากระดับการวิเคราะห์ สังเคราะห์และการวิจัยของครู และระดับการมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ของครู ได้รับอิทธิพลทั้งทางตรงและทางอ้อมจากระดับการพัฒนาตนเองของครูผ่านมาทางระดับการมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ของครู

ABSTRACT
 This research aims to:  1) Study the desirable characteristics according to the philosophical principles of the sufficient economy levels of the student at Satuk Industrial and Community Education College in Buriram.  2) Study the teacher performance levels at Satuk Industrial and Community Education College in Buriram. (3) Study teacher performances affecting the desirable characteristics according to the philosophical principles of the sufficient economy levels of the student at Satuk Industrial and Community Education College in Buriram. To do a study with 1,667 samples from the students of the Industrial and Community Education College in Buriram, during the academic year of 2015 (Purposive Sampling). The tools used for data collection include: (1) A questionnaire about the desirable characteristics according to the philosophical principles of the sufficient economy levels of the student at Satuk Industrial and Community Education College. (2) A questionnaire about the achievement motivation of the teacher. (3) A questionnaire about the good service of teachers. (4) A questionnaire about the self-development of teachers. (5) A questionnaire about the teamwork of teachers. (6) A questionnaire about the learning management of teachers. (7) A questionnaire about the student’s development by the teachers. (8) A questionnaire about the classroom management of teachers. (9) A questionnaire about the analysis, synthesis and research of teachers. (10) A questionnaire about building partnerships with the community. Data analysis, calculate the average, standard deviation, coefficient of variation and path analysis (Path Analysis: PA).
The results showed that:
   1. Results of evaluation of teachers The desirable characteristics according to the philosophical principles of the sufficient economy levels of the student at Satuk Industrial and Community Education College in Buriram, evaluation of teachers have high levels, there for the characteristics of each student is different.
  2. The Teacher performance level at Satuk Industrial and Community Education College in Buriram have good levels, there for the performance of each teacher is different.
3. The performance of teachers to influence the characteristics of the philosophy of the Sufficiency Economy Learning College Satuk Evaluation of teachers include the analysis, synthesis and the research levels of teachers, the achievement motivation levels of teachers and the self-development levels of teachers. This variance of the three performance levels of the characteristics based on the philosophy of sufficiency economy is 84.80 percent and has a statistically significance level of = .01 The desirable characteristics according to the philosophical principles of the sufficient economy levels of the student at Satuk Industrial and Community Education College in Buriram, evaluation of teachers has been directly influenced by the levels of analysis, synthesis and the research of teachers, and the achievement motivation levels of teachers, and influenced, both directly and indirectly from the self-development levels of teachers through the teachers achievement motivation levels.
